The fourth chapter group opens/Kos: Albania has Olympic results

European Union Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos, at the joint conference with Prime Minister Edi Rama, Marie Bjerre, Minister of European Affairs of Denmark, said that Albania has achieved Olympic results and is showing that change is possible.

Kos said that Albanians are one of the most pro-EU peoples with 82%.

Albania's speed is impressive, even though they haven't even been in office for a year and we've opened group chapters 4 times.

There is still one more chapter left, I am convinced that we will open that one too. If I were to use Olympic terminology, I would say faster, higher, stronger.

This result is a result of reforms. Albania is showing that positive change is possible.

The moment all the group chapters open, we will begin closing them quickly.

Today's chapter is called the Green Agenda. It includes transportation, water, and natural resources.

In transportation, we will have the expansion of roads and the connection of Albania with European projects.

82% of the population has an image of the EU, and this is the highest number among the candidate countries, Kos said. / CNA
