The leader of the 'Albania Becomes' party, Adriatik Lapaj, spoke today regarding the open competition to run for the Municipality of Tirana.

In a television interview, Lapaj stated that this is a decision that belongs to the leadership of the movement.

Lapaj said that there should be competition, but according to him, the decision will be made based on the structures.

"There are no elections for the Council this time, but only for the chairman. It is a decision that belongs to the leadership of our movement. I think we should compete, but I think this decision will be made by the leadership. We will make a decision based on the structures.
