"Rama 4"/ Begaj decrees the ministers of the new government

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has the ministers of the new government, "Rama 4".

The decree has been forwarded to the Albanian Parliament for competence.

After the president appoints the government, the next step is the swearing-in of the prime minister and ministers at the Presidency.

 

Presidency Announcement

After the appointment of the Prime Minister, by decree of Friday, 12.09.2025, the President of the Republic, H.E. Bajram Begaj, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, decreed today the ministers of the New Government, and forwarded the decrees to the Assembly of Albania for competence.
The procedure for the appointment of the New Government will be concluded in accordance with the Constitution in the coming days, with the swearing-in of the Prime Minister and ministers, after the Assembly approves the program and composition of the Government. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Institution of the President of the Republic,
President Begaj decreed:
1. Appointment of the Council of Ministers;
2. Ms. Belinda Balluku Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy;
3. Ms. Albana Koçiu Minister of Internal Affairs;
4. Ms. Elisa Spiropali Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs;
5. Mr. Petrit Malaj Minister of Finance;
6. Mr. Blendi Gonxhja Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports;
7. Mr. Sofjan Jaupaj Minister of Environment;
8. Ms. Mirela Kumbaro Furxhi Minister of Education;
9. Ms. Evis Sala Minister of Health and Social Welfare
10. Ms. Delina Ibrahimaj Minister of Economy and Innovation;
11. Mr. Besfort Lamallari Minister of Justice;
12. Mr. Pirro Vengu Minister of Defense;
13. Mr. Andis Salla Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;
14. Mr. Ervin Demo Minister of State for Local Government;
15. Ms. Majlinda Dhuka Minister of State and Chief Negotiator;
16. Ms. Adea Pirdeni Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption;
