Rama targets another judge/ "The case is absurd!"

Prime Minister Edi Rama has included Judge Boshku in the group of judges against the public interest.

According to Rama, Judge Boshku has decided to reinstate a brutal lawbreaker and fraudster caught red-handed and removed from office, the former head of AMP who was caught building without a permit.

"Another traditional sport of judges without a flag and without a homeland of the Old Justice, unfortunately continues to be practiced even by younger judges, who must hold high the flag of the New Justice with their independence, professionalism and integrity.

Without any hesitation, Judge Boshku has decided to reinstate a brutal lawbreaker and fraudster caught red-handed, and consequently removed from office and taken to the prosecutor's office!

The case is hopeless!

As regional director of the Police Supervision Agency - that is, the body that the law charges with controlling the actions and guaranteeing the integrity of the State Police - a scoundrel without knowledge or faith, not only had participated in an illegal construction in Ksamil (denounced by the people of the area), but had also deceived in writing, claiming the legalization of the construction, with the lie that the construction had been done in 2018.

But satellite photos revealed the long tail of the lie, proving that the construction took place long after 2020; a year that, according to the law, is also the last year for considering requests for legalization.

So the builder had built without a permit while also being the director of a law enforcement institution, which led to his dismissal from the AMP and the submission of his case to the Saranda Prosecutor's Office.

However, there is a law, there are also Maliqs, they say, because while the state, through the Police, is demanding from the justice system in Saranda the legal punishment of Birbo, the justice system in Tirana, through Judge Boshku, is demanding from the state to take Birbo back into its arms. Even embrace him and put him back in the director's chair!

What can you say!!!

The Ministry of Justice will report Judge Boshku's misconduct to the judicial self-government bodies (KLGJ - ILD), while I sincerely hope that justice will be taken seriously.

But on this occasion, I want to convey a clear message to judges like this Boshku, who, without even looking at the files, without even calling the state as the injured party, order the reinstatement of those dismissed from duty for misconduct, like the howling work of this wolf with a liver on his neck at the Vlora Police Station; they even shamelessly decide that the state is obligated to pay so much compensation for such types.

My message is this:

"Whoever mocks the interests of the state and mocks the law, using the independence of justice as independence from justice itself, and issuing openly illegal decisions to the detriment of the public interest, will face their wrongdoing not only in the aforementioned bodies of judicial self-government, but also in the eyes of public opinion," Rama writes./ CNA
