Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu commented today on the idea proposed by Prime Minister Edi Rama to reduce the number of MPs.

Spahiu added that such a move would prevent other political movements from entering the Assembly.

Rama has planned this deep victory to try to make constitutional changes and his strategy is unacceptable because it could have major consequences. The argument that he says he will save 40 MPs' salaries may convince some people, but by introducing a limited number of 101 MPs to make territorial redistribution.
