Minister "Diella"/ Former MP: It has crossed the limits of surprise, I do not see it as unconstitutional

Former Socialist Party MP Petro Koçi spoke in a television appearance about "Diella", the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, whom Rama said will oversee public procurement.

Koçi said that the prime minister likes surprises and the appointment of "Diella" has crossed the limits of surprise.

Regarding the debate on whether the decree of "Diella" is legal or not, the former MP stated that he does not see it as unconstitutional.

" If we read the Constitution, it is a little difficult to call Diella unconstitutional. If we consider the fact of who proposed it, it is known that Rama loves surprises and this has crossed the boundaries and has become news in the international media.

"I don't see it as an unconstitutional solution ," Koçi said./ CNA
