Democratic Party MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, delivered his speech at the PD protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office. You have all heard of Eco Park, it is only 19 million euros. In Durrës, out of the 19 million, only 6 and a half million were used for construction. They gave it to Klodian Zoto's company. They dared, they had a clear mind a week after the earthquake of November 26, to cancel the tender, not to bother with how to give it to the company that was appointed before Rama announced the Eco Park. A week and a half ago, the company had signed a contract with the architectural design company that is a client of Edi Rama. They pocketed 12 million.
