Kryedemokrati Sali Berisha është shprehur sot rreth ekzist...
Ish-prokurori, Eugen Beçi sqaroi procedurat dhe afatet që do të çojnë në një vendim nga Gjykata Kushteutese për çështjen ndaj zëvendëskryeministres Belinda Balluku.
Në një studio televizive, Beçi tha se vendimi mund të jepet duke filluar nga dita e sotme e në vijim sepse për këtë organ nuk ka afat.
“Që nesër e tutje vendimi mund të jepet, sepse nuk ka afat në organin e Kushtetueses. Por e rëndësishme është që Kushtetuesja të shpjegohet për vendimin që do marrë në lidhje me zyrtarin e lartë që pezullohet dhe me atë që lidhet me procedurën. Duhet parë se si do e justifikojë faktin se kryeministri është legjitimuar për të përfaqësuar një rast konkret, ndërkohë që kemi vetëm një vendim, por nuk kemi një konflikt real mes pushteteve apo një vendim real. Pushteti gjyqësor ka zbatuar vetëm Kodin e Procedurës penale”,-tha Beçi./CNA
