The 700-page document was drafted by Albanian expertise that analyzed three pillars: good governance, corruption, and the rule of law.

"An analysis that shows responsibility, courage and willingness to look at the situation with a self-critical eye and to recommend solutions that aim for an accelerated pace towards our ambitious goal of Albania 2030 in the EU through a new cycle of state-building reforms," ??said Xhafaj.

These statements come precisely from a man who once said he was the father of justice reform in Albania and now seeks to dismantle it because officials and thieves of the Renaissance are being arrested.
