"SPAKGATE" / how the emails of three prosecutors were hacked, what was

WebLajm.com learns that a few weeks ago, after midnight, the alarm system at SPAK was activated. BKH officers received a telephone signal indicating that someone had unauthorized access to their network.

According to WebLajm.com sources, among the computers that Arnold Rrokaj – arrested for this event – ??had access to were those of prosecutors Behar Dibra, Enkeleida Millonai and Elida Kaçkini.

These three investigators are working on important files that include cases ranging from organized crime to officials suspected of corruption.

Immediately after the alarm signal, BKH agents and Information Technology staff reported to work that midnight. The investigation revealed that the perpetrator of this action was Arnold Rrokaj, who had distributed the seized materials to Zambak Gjonaj, a former official of the Vlora prison, and then to his friends and acquaintances.

WebLajm.com has learned exclusively that some of these materials ended up on the cell phone of the former head of prisons, Agim Ismaili, as well as Dritan Palnikaj, previously secretary at the Ministry of Education and currently secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture.

Palnikaj was questioned a few days ago by SPAK, while his phone was checked by investigators.

Among the materials stolen from prosecutors' emails are those related to investigated officials, the incinerator issue, and organized crime.

Thanks to timely intervention, Rrokaj was prevented from accessing the secret laboratory network and the computers of SPAK leaders.

This scandal and unauthorized interference is still being investigated. While some materials have also ended up on politicians' phones.
