Journalist Elvi Fundo said today that the people who stole materials from SPAK files had knowledge of and had access to documents, acts and investigative secrets. Fundo revealed many of the details during an interview with journalist Blendi Fevziu on the "Opinion" show.

Fundo indicated that these are very important materials.

Fundo said that it turns out that the materials were sent not only to his phone number, but also to other journalists, and that they were not distributed to the media.

Fundo added that according to the investigation, this person appears to have been a former official of the Prisons Directorate.

"I then communicated with that number to which I said I would look carefully, I believe I will deal with these next week. There was the trial against Mayor Erion Veliaj and we were not paying attention, I could not follow it because we were following the Appeal.

These are very important materials.

But what happens?

These materials must then have been under surveillance or observation by SPAK, as the person was arrested a few hours later on March 12.

According to the order that has come, which is an order to maintain investigative secrecy, it has come with the signature of SPAK prosecutor, Bledar Maksuti.
