Who stole the SPAK files/Journalist Fundo reveals the scheme and who is hiding

Journalist Elvi Fundo revealed today who stole the SPAK files. Fundo shared the details during an interview with journalist Blendi Fevziu on the "Opinion" show.

Fundo revealed today how an unknown number sent him 3 files from the Special Prosecution Office via text message on March 12, the same day as the court hearing against Mayor Erion Veliaj.

The dossier included a deputy, candidate and former minister in the Rama government; a woman, as well as a businessman.

Fundo said that he initially received a document summarizing SPAK's investigations into a politician.

Fundo stated that the message contained voluminous material of 91 pages in total.

Fundo added that this may have been a way to divert attention from Veliaj's trial.

"The first document says Mr. Fundo is forwarding you a voluminous material with the focus of SPAK's investigations into politician x. He is currently a politician in Parliament and a candidate for MP and former minister in the Rama government.

The message says: "If you have the patience to read it, there is endless evidence and facts, collaborations with various, powerful businessmen."

The message was sent at 09:50, at that moment I was traveling to Cologne, when I returned home around 14:40 the second message came, 5 pages long, and the third message, 10 pages long. Exactly, there are 91 pages in total.

"Enclosed is the phone surveillance of citizen xy and the people close to businessman xy under investigation for affairs"

The third was the businessman, but the names should not be revealed because an order came from SPAK.

"These documents came as materials on March 12, exactly when the trial of Mayor Erion Veliaj was taking place, and I thought it was a spin trick to divert attention from the trial," Fundo said./CNA
