Exclusive/ The anti-SPAK group in a meeting with Rama
Edi Rama

The battle against SPAK seems clear and the majority has not backed down yet, even though Fatmir Xhafaj, Enver's penultimate volunteer, is silent.

Apparently, the intrigues within the majority of the renaissance continue, the pressure of the 99ers does not stop. After several schemes to counter their moves for an "Ad Hoc" commission in parliament to attack SPAK, further steps are already being taken.

CNA has learned that Prime Minister Edi Rama convened two days ago the working group that will prepare a draft for the "Ad-Hoc" commission expected to be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj.

According to sources from the majority for CNA, the group of Renaissance lawyers were present at the meeting, where Engjëll Agaçi, Klotilda Bushka, Ermonela Felaj, former Minister of Justice Etilda Gjonaj, former Minister of the Interior, Fatmir Xhafaj, former -Deputy Minister of Justice Toni Gogu, Minister of Anti-Corruption, Adea Pirdeni, individuals who discussed at length the scheme put on the table a few weeks ago at the Shengjin meeting, developed by Blendi Çuçi in the parliamentary group and said publicly by Eduard Shalsi.

The schemes are now clear, within the majority a group is trying to attack the SPAK, allegedly hiding in the integration reforms or raising the administration of the Assembly to another level.

CNA learned that in the meeting with Rama, it was requested to prepare an initial draft to then discuss how to act towards SPAK.

The person who will make the draft is Engjëll Agaçi, for the "Ad Hoc" commission and for the purpose it will have.

The move comes after the prime minister's meeting with the directors of the agencies, which was followed by a government meeting where the prime minister raised his voice against SPAK.

But, this was deepened a few days ago with a meeting held in Dibër, where Engjëll Agaçi, the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers gathered all the General Secretaries of the ministries to give them an anti-SPAK lecture and to told them how they should act in the event that the BKH and the Special Anti-corruption Structure goes to get documents or information related to the necessary investigations for certain issues in government institutions.

Now there is nothing left, simply and only to convene the Association of Municipalities to order the mayors how they will act towards SPAK, since the directors of the agencies have been ordered, the General Secretaries have also been instructed, the ministers have been instructed and all that remains is Erion Veliaj to gather the association of municipalities and order his colleagues or instruct them how to act against SPAK. /CNA
