The four deputies of the Democratic Party must pay 764,922 thousand ALL for the financial damages caused in the session of September 30, where, in addition to the clash inside the Parliament building, the opposition deputies also burned the chairs in the courtyard of the Assembly as a form of protest.

According to the documents, deputies Gazment Bardhi, Flamur Noka, Bledian Nallbati and Elda Hoti are considered responsible.

Each of them has been charged with indemnifying a respective value, a value that must be repaid by November 20, or else it will be withheld from their salary.

Invoice, damages in the amount of 764,922 thousand ALL

Gazment Bardhi must compensate the bulls worth 209,175 ALL

Flamur Noka must compensate damages worth 187,455 ALL

Bledian Nallbati must compensate damages worth 187,455 ALL

Elda Hoti must compensate damages worth 180.837 ALL

We remind you that in the session of September 30, 30 chairs were burned and damaged, the ceremonial carpet at the entrance of the plenary session hall and the coat of arms of the Republic inside the session hall.
