"They want the Constitutional Court to return the sea where they receive

Prime Minister Edi Rama has made a reaction on the X platform regarding judges' salaries.

Rama writes that those with the highest salaries in the republic, the GJKKO judges and SPAK prosecutors, are also demanding a salary increase.

Further, Rama writes that they are asking for 9,230 euros per month, while they currently receive 6,130 euros per month.

The Prime Minister writes that those judges who manage to change the government may be able to take money from the state coffers by court decision.

Rama emphasized again that he is not worried about a minister, but about the risk of upsetting the democratic balance.

Rama's reaction

"It's impossible," some write to me, regarding the judges' request to increase their salary by 1,600 Euros above the current one!

Not only is it possible, but 1600 Euros is the increase that ordinary magistrates and councilors are asking for, because among the increase seekers are also the special ones, namely those of GJKKO and SPAK, who have the highest salaries in the republic, but they are also asking for an increase of 3100 Euros!

Yes, no joke, the sea where they currently receive 6130 Euros per month, now they want the Constitutional Court to return it to them with 3100 Euros plus, and as a result they receive 9230 Euros per month.

How is that possible?!

There's no way, when you manage to change the government with a court decision, taking over the powers of the Prime Minister, the President of the Parliament, all at once, without having received a single vote from the people in your entire life, how could you not manage to take thousands of euros from the state coffers with another court decision to increase your salary?!

Who hasn't realized that I'm not worried about a minister, but about the real risk of upsetting the democratic balance between powers?!
