"We are looking for a technical government"/ Teliti called for participation from the July 11 protest
The Advisor for Economic Affairs in DP and at the same...

The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Grigels Muçollari, denounced from the blue headquarters that the awarding of state buildings in Tirana for the construction of towers is a farce with predetermined winners.
He accused Prime Minister Edi Rama that this whole scheme is an opportunity to enrich his friends.
According to Muçollari, the first state buildings that are on Rama's list to be transformed into skyscrapers are that of ATSH, Civil Aviation, Cadastre and Property Handling.
Muçollari called on the citizens to join the July 11 protest to raise their voice against government theft, the violation of rights, and the trampling of Albanians.
Full statement:
The non-transparent plan that Edi Rama has for state buildings, hidden behind a name like; energizing the city, is actually a new affair, a farce with predetermined winners, an opportunity to get rich for his friends.
The first state buildings that are on Rama's list to be converted into skyscrapers are that of ATSH, Civil Aviation, Cadastre and Property Handling. According to the call that the Investment Corporation with a partial announcement and not with complete data, the four most expensive areas in the most coveted areas of Tirana are entered into a procedure with negotiation, that is, without transparency, without competition.
We are talking about 130 thousand square meters of construction, where the state receives less than a land owner would receive in these areas. The state benefits from less than 35 percent of the construction. Today, in Tirana, in these coveted areas, what the land owner benefits from is at least 45 percent.
The first thing that stands out in this non-transparent project is that the Prime Minister acts as the owner of these buildings.
They are not the property of Edi Rama.
They belong to the citizens, they are raised from work, from effort, from the taxes that they have paid over the years.
No public interest can be found in this plan.
According to the announcement, the administration benefits from getting new offices and premises. Well, the current offices have prevented the administration from succeeding. It is the fault of these offices that there is corruption and citizens do not get the right they deserve. Will the new offices make the Cadastre honest and functional?
The big beneficiary is the builder, who is known to be predetermined, that there will be no competition, there will be farce. He is a personal friend of Edi Rama.
In the first cluster, the one who will receive ATSH to build a skyscraper in exchange for building offices for the government, it is estimated that at market prices, he will earn about 50 million euros.
The one who will build a ten-story tower near engineering, in exchange for offices for the government, will earn over 40 million euros.
Where is the citizen in this middle? Where is the benefit to the public, to the taxpayer? Nowhere. Because these towers will not solve the need for housing at all, since the prices will be high, untouchable by ordinary people.
That's all, a good opportunity to get rich for Edi Rama's friends and a new money laundering machine in Tirana.
The Democratic Party calls this project a corrupt affair. We invite citizens to react and become part of the action to stop this extortion. Join us on July 11 on the Boulevard to raise our voices against government theft, against the violation of rights, against the trampling of Albanians. /CNA
