Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a video featuring Engjëll Agaçi.

Following accusations by Sali Berisha that Agaçi had escaped, Rama wrote alongside the video that the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office was in intensive care in critical condition.

" This is the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, Engjëll Agaçi, whom the Swamp Owl declared a fugitive from justice and the entire swampy world, channel by channel and portal by portal, mourned his family and relatives, bewildering the public with incessant quacks, while the other was on the verge of resuscitation with guided breathing, after a heart operation that followed a cessation of lung function ," Rama writes./ CNA
