The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, announced in a status on social media that direct flights to Israel will begin on April 2. Balluku writes that this expands the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries.

The Minister also shared details from the inaugural flight on April 2, where she said that tourism and showbiz personalities will arrive in Tirana, where the focus will be on promoting Albania.

 

“ Starting on April 2, Albania and Israel will be directly connected through reciprocal flights, thus expanding the possibilities of cooperation between two countries that have long been closely linked by history. During my visit to Israel, I met Dina Ben-Tal Ganancia, the General Director of the Israeli national airline ELAL.

The inaugural flight on April 2 will bring to Tirana personalities from various fields from the tourism and showbiz sectors, with a focus on promoting our country as a tourist attraction, more interesting for Europe ," writes Balluku./ CNA
