A news story is being circulated in the media about the connections and wiretapping made by SPAK for the Constitutional Court with a prosecutor's order.

Some spin it, some use it as arguments, a huge scandal, how can members of the Constitutional Court be wiretapped, why should they be wiretapped, and so on.

In fact, they were not wiretapped without a warrant . But there is a Criminal Code and there are some laws in the Albanian state .

SPAK prosecutors have the right to wiretap to secure evidence, and this is not about simple wiretaps, but about the Constitutional Court overturning the SKY and Encrochat files.

Why are members of the Constitutional Court susceptible to blackmail by criminal groups?

Anyone with a short memory should go back in time a few months ago, when the scandal of a sexual affair within the Constitutional Court almost broke out.

In the first moments, it seemed that rosy information emerged, but could this be blackmail by criminal groups?

CNA warned at the time, and provided the video, but we never published it precisely so that it would not be used as such and at that moment the members of the Constitutional Court have the video and are aware, they should have resigned , not been the object of criminal blackmail.

On the other hand, how can an individual with a conflict of interest sit on the Constitutional Court? There is not one there.

How can an individual whose videos or messages are circulated up and down remain on the Constitutional Court?

The problem is not essentially SPAK. It is enough to have eyes to see and ears to hear. There is no violation of the law.

Nobody is saying. What is the violation of the law for a prosecutor's order to conduct an environmental surveillance, to seek evidence related to the criminal offense and the investigations that are being conducted.

The law has removed immunity, that is, protection, from the MP as well. So, the MP is also wiretapped, for those who don't know, because they themselves make the legal changes and then when the actions are carried out they say why you did them. Because that's the law.

However, those who are propagandizing, those who speak to make people listen and create a different reality, do so with a specific purpose and are political instruments misused by both sides because against SPAK is not only the majority and the Renaissance because of Erion Veliaj who is behind bars, but also the opposition and its people and some journalists who are part of SPAK's files.

Therefore, the truth is not at all what is propagated.

The truth is that there is no violation of the law for the environmental interceptions conducted by SPAK upon the prosecutor's order to secure evidence.

Members of the Constitutional Court are totally vulnerable to criminal blackmail due to the scandals that are underground.

These are the facts. The rest are propaganda babble by a group of individuals who want to create a scenario against SPAK to release not only Erion Veliaj, but also a part of the criminal groups arrested in the "Sky Encrochat" file.

First, they want to attack the vetting carried out by the institution and, second, they want to attack the continuation of the vetting by SPAK.

So far, no one has come forward to provide a single legal fact that SPAK has violated the law, they simply speculate and accuse, when in fact SPAK has arrested dozens of corrupt officials, brought dozens of criminal groups, and people with criminal records to the dock./ CNA
