Luli continues the song/ I want the DP seal

Although he is now part of a new party called "Euro-Atlantic Democrats", Luli Basha is not giving up the Democratic Party seal. Recently, through a status on social networks, the "Euro-Atlantic Democrats" emphasize that they are not giving up recourse to the Supreme Court for the Democratic Party seal and that they will continue the legal battle without stopping. 

This reaction comes after the withdrawal of Enkelejd Alibeaj, who said that he has withdrawn from the recourse to the Supreme Court for the DP seal since he is already the chairman of the party, "Djathtas 1912".

Reaction of the Euro-Atlantic Democrats:

The Democratic Party/Euro-Atlantic Democrats have not given up on considering the appeal to the Supreme Court. Any request filed today by individuals who are not part of the Democratic Party/Euro-Atlantic Democrats has zero effect on this process.
Those who have announced their withdrawal today have exposed themselves as the perpetrators of political blackmail for narrow personal interests.

Just two days ago, leaders of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition /DP - Euro-Atlantic Democrats, were threatened that if the Euro-Atlantic Coalition did not submit to the conditions for cooperation, giving up our political identity, they would face withdrawal from recourse to the Supreme Court.

Euro-Atlantic Democrats have proven through their actions that there is no force that can blackmail us and that we will not succumb to any pressure. We have stood and continue to stand for principles and values. The time when political interests override justice in this country must end.

We will continue the legal battle without stopping and we ask the Supreme Court to make a decision as soon as possible, based on the law, without being influenced by pressure, blackmail or political games that aim to take the Democratic Party hostage to protect itself from justice. /CNA
