The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, reacted today after the statements of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha regarding his failure to appear today at the Special Prosecution Office.

Through a post on social media, Balla writes that this justified action after not sending the summons is a shame not only for the chief democrat, but also for the rest of the DP.

Justice (Special Prosecution) has delivered the notice to his house, "the guards have been authorized not to receive any envelopes". It has also sent the notice to his two workplaces, the secretary of the Group and the Party "refuses to receive the notice". What a shame, for this and those around him, who for any other occasion can't wait to shake the notices of others. One thing is clear that thanks to the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, the investigation of the January 21 murders is the test of truth for Albanian justice.
