The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, declared today that the demonstration of January 21, 2011 was a case of a coup d'état by Edi Rama, to seize power by force.

In a television appearance, Noka also addressed the discussions about the guard and the victims of January 21, while stating that to his knowledge there was no order to shoot.

"January 21 was a coup d'état by Edi Rama and his gang to seize power by force. The 4 victims are all victims of Edi Rama, he took them there and made them cannon fodder for his chair. There was no order to shoot. There is a law on the guard, which is a forbidden territory and whoever crosses that territory is warned and then shot. No one gave the guard an order. If there was an order, that guard who is now an MP should have shown it," said Noka. /CNA
