DP leader Sali Berisha has stated that he has not requested a visa to the US since he left office as Prime Minister.

"I have not requested a visa to the US since I left the office of Prime Minister. Do I request a visa? No, I have not requested a visa. I have not requested a visa since I left the office of Prime Minister, if I am not mistaken, ever," Berisha said in a press statement.

We recall that earlier, American journalist Marc Caputo, who works in the US for the 'Axios' news agency, asked the US State Department a question, wondering whether the opposition leader and head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, could visit the United States of America.
