Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has defended Gazment Bardhi, the head of the DP parliamentary group of Vula, for the latter's accusations and statements about former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

Berisha said that Bardhi heartily deserved his applause, as he claims to have told great truths about the incinerators.

He declared that he is ready to meet with Bardhi, while emphasizing that Lulzim Basha's scenario is another issue that is not related to the head of the parliamentary group.

"Why did I applaud Gazment Bardhi? That ended the speech with the biggest truth of this affair. He told the Albanians that the enterprise belongs to Edi Rama. You have to fool every institution, to believe that the enterprise belongs to Klodian Zoto.

And Gazment Bardhi said it with the greatest clarity and deserved full applause and I did it with all my heart.
