The Democratic Party of Vula has submitted the report on former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, whom SPAK wants to arrest.
The report was written by 5 deputies of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, Enkelejd Alibeaj, Gerta Bradeli, Saimir Korreshi and Ervin Salianji.
In the report submitted by Bardhi, it is recommended that the Assembly vote to approve SPAK's request for the removal of Ahmetaj's immunity.
According to them, this action would pave the way for a full and comprehensive investigation into the 3 criminal offenses that burden the former deputy prime minister./ CNA.al
