CDI General Assembly/ Berisha: We must present the dramatic situation in Albania

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, announced his participation together with MPs Albana Vokshi and Belind Këlliçi in the CDI General Assembly.

Conference which is taking place over the next two days in Brazil.

Berisha said that during the conference he will present to representatives of the main international parties the situation that he calls dramatic in Albania, mentioning the issues of drugs, corruption and the decline of the rule of law.

Opposition leader Sali Berisha said that the CDI was the first international inter-party organization to adopt a resolution denouncing, according to him, the situation in Albania.

Berisha emphasized that in the bilateral meetings and speeches he will give, he will aim to increase the awareness of the international community regarding the negative developments in the country.

" A warm greeting from San Paolo, Brazil, where together with Albana Vokshi and Belind Këlliçi we are participating in the CDI General Assembly conference, which is taking place over the next 2 days.

At this conference, of course, we must present the dramatic situation in Albania and I want to emphasize that the CDI has great merit, it is the first international inter-party organization that adopted the resolution in which it universally denounced the Albanian narco-state and Ramaduran as a narco-dictator.

In this context, of course, the topics of my discussions with leaders of the main political forces in the world and my speech that I will deliver in the various sessions of the work, cannot be anything more than the dramatic developments in Albania - drugs, corruption and the decline of the rule of law in a country, as well as efforts to raise even greater awareness of the international community on the serious developments in Albania ", said Berisha.
