Çani speaks "without gloves" about the elections/ If I were

Journalist Arjan Çani gave his opinion regarding the May 14 elections and spoke about the situation in which the political parties are.

In an interview with the media, Çani stated that the people's vote is no longer important as it is distorted without even going to the ballot boxes.

He said that for the elections to be normal, the race must be equal, which is missing in the specific case in Albania.

Regarding this situation, Çani claims that he would be ashamed if he were the prime minister to participate in these elections.

" This would be a regular game. We have entered an era where the people's vote does not matter anymore, it is distorted before it goes to the box. Before it goes, it is distorted.

I would react like this even if Rama was in the opposition. I am a partisan who wants one day to have normal elections, with normal rules of the game. This race is unequal. If I were prime minister, I would be ashamed to participate in the elections. I would do everything for the race to be normal ," he said./CNA.al
