The commanding chairman of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, attacked Lulzim Basha, the resigned chairman of the Democratic Party, who is still in office in court.

Alibeaj declared that if Lulzim Basha were to win in the 2021 elections, the country would be governed by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and the chairman of PL, Ilir Meta.
