The Albanian Committee of Helsinki has raised concerns about the issue of informing citizens about the voting method.

The lawyer of the Albanian Committee of Helsinki, Erdion Maçolli, has stated that greater investment is needed to properly educate the citizens.

Maçolli said that problems have also been identified in the electronic voting process.

 "Today we are watching the process in Elbasan. In the information we have received, we have identified several problems, mainly with electronic voting. In some other centers, the voting lists have been displayed, which has made them insufficient. With concern, we raise the issue of informing citizens about the voting method. Greater investment is needed to educate in the right way", said Erdion Maçolli, Lawyer (Albanian Committee of Helsinki). / CNA.al
