The Albanian government is working to revolutionize the procurement system, including Artificial Intelligence.

This was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama himself during his speech at the Business Climate Forum.

Rama said that with the inclusion of Artificial Intelligence, no ministry and no Bid Evaluation Commission will have work with tenders.

"Very soon it will materialize, using artificial intelligence and starting from an EU experience in rebuilding schools after the earthquake. And the procurement process selected by the mission that procured all the funds itself is a process that has taught us a lot and from which we have understood that we can build a path where on the one hand we have an alliance with the institutions and on the other next to create the artificial intelligence program for procurement, which will be empty of paper, the story will end, you have the stamp, you don't have the stamp, run dry, we need more moist, a letter is missing, because every data required by the companies and assessment for companies and when procurements take place.

Companies that are publicly known and whose data is in the price base, will only have to raise the price and this is only possible thanks to technology and we will do the troop posting, the system in one hand a national procurement agency with some small exceptions of a technical nature and we will contract international partners and from this moment on no minister and no Albanian KVO, Bid Evaluation Commission, my nightmare, who are arrested for tenders, will no longer have this job of making thousands of procurements and we have a KVO number that is staggering.
