The Democratic Party of Enkelejd Alibeaj demanded that the SP candidate for Mallakastra, Qerim Ismailaj, be deregistered from the local elections on May 14, but for the third time this request was rejected.

First, it was the CEC that rejected the request, then the KAS and today the Electoral College.

At the meeting of the Electoral College, it was decided that Ismailaj will continue to compete in the local elections.

We remind you that the DP of vula requested the de-registration of the socialist candidate for falsification of documents, a case for which GJKKO sentenced him to 6 months in prison.

But according to the CEC, KAS and the Electoral College, this does not stop Ismailaj from being a candidate for mayor./ CNA.al
