According to official data learned by CNA, with two requests, the law firm defending Veliaj through lawyer Ermir Beta has launched a counter-attack against prosecutor Ols Dado, sending him to the ILD and KLP.

Two institutions where Erion Veliaj hopes he can attack the prosecutor for his personal interests.

In fact, the case is not simply in the hands of prosecutor Ols Dado. Erion Veliaj has begun his attack, because often, as we have said, he does not even have the manhood to speak about Altin Dumani. 

Ols Dado was found to be attacked after his arrest, although Erion Veliaj had been summoned to SPAK twice, investigations had been conducted for months, Erion Veliaj would leave SPAK and praise the institution.

He said that "I found the right colleagues, I found the right investment, which we should support."

Meanwhile, a day after being arrested for corruption, Erion Veliaj is trying in every way with his media to severely attack prosecutor Ols Dado, thinking that he will solve the problem.

Ols Dado cannot escape, because Ols Dado's escape brings about the downfall of justice, brings about the downfall of the state, while Erion Veliaj's fall simply brings about the downfall of a thief.

Therefore, his lawyers' attacks on justice institutions seem to be typical instruments of politics-justice connections.

SP MPs are attacking the KLP?!

On the other hand, well-confirmed sources told CNA that Erion Veliaj is trying to engage Socialist Party MPs, i.e. the parliamentary group, to influence people from the KLP or ILD.

So, clearly, those who Erion Veliaj hopes have supported him because they have close ties should at this moment communicate with the ILD and the KLP and demand the arrest of prosecutor Ols Dados.

This is already clear from the way Erion Veliaj's media is reacting even a day after the prime minister said that the socialists should not speak against SPAK.

On the other hand, people close to the mayor of Tirana are seeking to use the SP parliamentary group to influence the KLP or ILD with the aim of attacking prosecutor Ols Dado.

The scheme is now clear.

Erion Veliaj seeks to defend himself by removing the prosecutor from the investigations , but it cannot happen after almost a year of investigations have been conducted, dozens of concrete evidence and facts have been found, thousands of pages of files have been found and there is a court decision that finds the arrest legal, the justice institutions should come out and remove the prosecutor because a defendant wants to, because he wants Erion Veliaj to win over justice to then be declared untouchable, but in fact it seems that this is difficult to happen since justice will do its job and Erion Veliaj will fail again./ CNA

Does this procedure in the ILD provide me with a better judicial decision?
No! Please note that the High Inspector of Justice does not have the authority to review or change the decisions of magistrates. They are reviewed through judicial appeal instruments, only by the highest courts. The High Inspector of Justice investigates disciplinary violations that magistrates may commit during the exercise of their function or outside it.

So, the High Inspector of Justice has no authority to influence the judge or prosecutor to get you a different outcome in your case. If you intend to change the outcome of your case, then you must follow the path of judicial appeal.

When the highest institution of justice is violated, the silence ends!

Ols Dado has passed, there is no institution that decides on the integrity of the judge and prosecutor except for verifying the declared income! Ols Dado has passed the clean vetting site! Erion Veliaj has not mentioned himself and the municipality institution!

Erion Veliaj has continued his unstoppable attacks more than two weeks after his arrest by a court decision.

If we look at the behavior of Veliaj, the mayor of Tirana, he uses harsh, threatening, insulting, slanderous, and abusive language towards prosecutor Ols Dado. CNA has brought some of the terms he uses such as: "hire killer", "lunatic", "Ols Violina", "impassioned", "licker", etc.

Yes, this is not done without purpose.

CNA has learned from sources close to Erion Veliaj that this is a clear and genuine strategy of his lawyers and him personally.

Attacking prosecutor Ols Dado, Erion Veliaj requests that a criminal case be registered for threats or defamation and insults committed by the witness.

According to the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, articles 317-318, at the moment a criminal case is registered, Erion Veliaj has no problem at all that both of these cases carry a fine from 3 months to 3 years of imprisonment, but he has a goal, to have a criminal case opened and registered against Erion Veliaj by prosecutor Ols Dado.

He requests this because the moment a criminal case is registered by prosecutor Ols Dado against Veliaj or an investigation begins or a criminal case is registered for insult and defamation or intimidation by the witness or prosecutor, in this case the prosecutor must resign because he is in a conflict of interest because there is a direct confrontation issue.

So, here Erion Veliaj's strategy is clearly revealed.

He is requesting a case at the prosecutor's office regarding threats, insults, etc. against him, and at the moment there is a case Ols Dado vs. Erion Veliaj due to threats or insults or intimidation made by the mayor of Tirana, at this moment the prosecutor should resign.

Erion Veliaj was unable to buy Ols Dado and therefore the latter is the object of attacks, slander, insults, curses, intimidation because SPAK was not built today.  Ols Dado did not go today, he has been in SPAK for years and at no time have Erion Veliaj nor SP officials had any claims about him as a prosecutor.

But the mechanisms begin and the media, incriminated and paid for by municipal corruption and the money of the incinerators, then begin to attack, accuse, spread slander, lies, stage words that were not said in the court session, and so on.

This clearly shows that Erion Veliaj has not been able to catch Ols Dado, despite being afraid to mention the name of Altin Dumani, who is also the prosecutor of the file, but the strategy is already revealed and quite clear: Erion Veliaj wants a criminal case to be registered against him for defamation, insult and threats made to prosecutor Ols Dado, so that the latter will then resign from the file.

The Mayor of Tirana continues his publications with threats, with insults, with curses, against the prosecutors and judges, who have investigated and given the decision that has put him behind bars. It is not the fault of either Ols Dado or Erion Bani, Erion Veliaj, who signed the payment orders at the Municipality of Tirana to transfer the money to his wife. Who then made hundreds of millions of lek purchases or received benefits from her husband's duties. In fact, Erion Veliaj, beyond dignified behavior, has chosen to have the face of organized crime.

The language used by him "you have something personal with me" is language used by criminals, bandits, members of criminal groups against people of justice. This language was used today by Erion Veliaj, the language of a bandit. What does a prosecutor have that is personal with Erion Veliaj?! When in fact it is not just him, but there are two in the case, including Mr. Dumani, who have investigated a very voluminous file, with tens of thousands of pages, in one of the cleanest investigations of "Follow the money".

What is Erion Bani's fault that Erion Veliaj cannot control himself and is now behaving like part of a criminal group, like a bandit, threatening prosecutors and judges. With one sole purpose, to scare witnesses. That is why he uses the language of a criminal and a bandit from the cell, to stop witnesses, to withdraw the prosecutor from the case, to scare the judges in the future, because Erion Veliaj "makes a name for himself".

In fact, criminals belong in prison, and those like Erion Veliaj, who use their language to intimidate witnesses, to prevent judges and prosecutors from doing their job. With his "it's personal with me" language, Erion Veliaj has also spoken to the former owner of Agon Channel television, Francesko Bechetti, for whom Albanians are paying hundreds of millions of euros.

Or with journalists, with businessmen, "you have something personal with me", with the language of a criminal and a bandit, the man who has been in the mayor's chair attacks prosecutors, judges, but also citizens who have to listen to his unstoppable venom day after day./ CNA

For two weeks, Mayor Erion Veliaj has launched a frontal attack on prosecutor Olsi Dado and judge Erjon Bani, who investigated and imprisoned him for corruption and money laundering. Since February 10 and until this Sunday (February 23), Veliaj has posted numerous reactions on social networks every day, intimidating, lynching, insulting and even threatening prosecutor Dado and judge Bani, forgetting his status as a defendant caught in corruption. Veliaj has thus forgotten the fact that with these statuses from prison he increases the probability of being convicted for insulting and threatening.

The Criminal Code clearly defines the punishment for persons who insult a judge or a member of the judicial body, including a prosecutor, due to their activity in a case. According to Article 318, in case of insult, the person is punished with a fine or imprisonment of up to 3 months.

Article 317 of the Criminal Code provides that persons who threaten a judge or a member of the judicial body, including a prosecutor, due to their activity in a case, are punished in the same way as insult, with a fine or imprisonment of up to 3 months.

Veliaj's daily statuses, often more than one status per day, clearly demonstrate the violation of both Articles 317 and 318 of the Criminal Code.

Let us bring to your attention all the reactions made by Veliaj after his arrest.

On February 10, 2025, Erion Veliaj was arrested, following investigations conducted by prosecutor Olsi Dado and a decision made by judge Erion Bani. That same day, Veliaj reacted with a status on social media attacking the prosecutor, whom he described as a lunatic and a lustful indictee.

Immediately after this comment, another one followed the next day with the same offensive language. On February 11, Veliaj recounted how he spent his first night in prison, calling prosecutor Olsi Dado a perverted individual, while the indictment, according to Veliaj, was hallucinatory and criminal perversion.

On February 13, a third reaction came regarding some specifications made against him in the investigative file. Veliaj described as 'a fabrication of a fool' the fact that he learned in the courtroom that his sentence was written in handwriting on the file, something for which he accused prosecutor Dado.

On February 14, Veliaj denied the facts that are aggravating against him, while he described the investigative file as a file from Ols Dado's security. He insulted the latter by describing him as Ols violina. He described the courtroom of Judge Erjon Bani as a slaughterhouse. He said about the judge that he became one with the prosecutor, thus taking on the task of investigating and judging himself.

On February 15, he continued by saying "Ols Dado's violin at the hostage-taking session, at my namesake's slaughterhouse," insulting the Dado-Bani duo again. He continued to call the prosecutor a failed violinist and a lunatic.

Në 16 shkurt, vijoi fyerjet duke e cilësuar prokurorin Ols Dado prokuror pervers,  violinisti dështak dhe lunatik. Gjyqtarin Erjon Bani e cilësoi adashi kasap, gjykatësi i thertores. Veliaj shtoi dozën e fyerjeve duke thënë se drejtësia ka përfunduar në llogjikën njëqelizore të një parameci funksional!

Në 18 shkurt, e cilësoi dosjen hetimore romanin e gjatë të Ols Violinës, ndërsa shtoi “më ka ngritur akuzë në thertoren e Erjon Kasapit”.

Më pas “mori përsipër” edhe të bëjë vetting-un e Olsi Dados, edhe pse ku  i fundit e ka kaluar vetting-un në 2022 dhe ka rezultuar pa probleme në të tria kriteret, pasurinë, pastërtinë e figurës dhe profesionalizmin.

 “Kështu është kur të bëjnë prokuror shoqet dhe të marrin në Spak shokët - pa kriter e pa procedurë, e kështu, një miks mes injorancës e arrogancës bëhesh vrasës i gatshëm dinjitetesh njerëzore.“ tha Veliaj.

Po në të njëjtën ditë (në 18 shkurt) tha se është i burgosur pa gjyq, edhe pse gjyqi ju bë në 12 shkurt dhe u theksua në një seancë maratonë të gjitha shkeljet e kryera nga kryebashkiaku.

Në 19 Shkurt, vijoi e njëjta retorikë, ndërsa fyerjeve ju shtuan të tjera epitete.

“Shikoni se sa prej sigurimsi është strategjia banale e shejtanbudallait, që m’u qep mua me një letër anonime (autori i të cilës nuk çuditem të jetë Ols Angoni ose Nesti Dado, po ky është thjesht dyshim i arsyeshëm jo provë)” tha ndër të tjera Veliaj.

E njëjta gjuhë linçuese vijon në 21 dhe 22 shkurt.

“Ols Violina, që po panë një grua të mençur, të hijshme, të aftë, profesioniste, të pavarur, të dlirë, të artikuluar, të lexuar e të arrirë, i sulen si pitbull me jargë e skërmitje, për t’i thënë vetes “jam i fortë, shih si futem në fustane dhe e mbaj gruan e targetit 9 orë në inkuizicion”, tha Veliaj në një status të 21 shkurtit.

Këtë të diel (23 shkurt), retorika është ashpërsuar duke kaluar deri në kanosje, teksa Veliaj i thotë Olsi Dados se nuk e di se më kë ka të bëjë.

“Ky “kolegu” im Ols Angoni as nuk e ka idenë se me kë është ngatërruar, megjithëse e quan veten Bruce Ëillis hajvani dhe u tregon muskujt atyre ushtarëve të BKH (tani hajde Bruce, jepi, fute edhe këtë tek kërcënimet që i kam bërë kafkës tënde të mbështjellë me shollë).

Nuk e ka idenë, dështaku, dhe nuk ka se si ta ketë në fakt, po do ia mësoj unë, ja kështu, me durim, pak nga pak, derisa t’i dalë boja kësaj menderhanes që gatoi për mue dhe ta neverisin të tërë, mbase përveç atyre që e përdorin si vegël të llojeve të ndryshme.” Është ky kërcënimi i hapur më i fundit që Veliaj i bën prokurorit të çështjes së tij.

So Erion Veliaj has made over 13 posts, open attacks on prosecutors and judges. He is making these threats from prison to justice officials, while in this form he is attempting to destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses. When Veliaj uses this language with prosecutors and judges, how can he behave towards ordinary witnesses?! The Socialists are indeed in power, but Veliaj is at least morally prohibited from reacting in this way towards justice officials and if morality is sufficient, it should be remembered that he is committing a criminal offense, including insults and threats, which, as we have emphasized, risk increasing the days in prison for the socialist mayor./ CNA
