The advisor for the economy in DP and the vice president of the municipal council in Tirana Municipality, Mr. Dorian Teliti, calls Aldor Nini's attack on CNA through Acromax a political attack to shut up.

We censor the news about the opposition We have seen it in dozens and hundreds of cases. Censorship is a widespread phenomenon. You will continue to be censored because you say the truth. As it is said in unofficial formats, the structures of Acromax are often related to government officials and the mayor who use these structures to hit everyone, just as it happens with the publications I make on social networks. This is a phenomenon that is used by those who are in the last grams. They would not use it if they would not be afraid. They try to shut down every kind of voice that thinks and speaks differently than them, every voice that denounces a truth they don't like, that denounces affairs carried out by them or their associates. They will continue to attack the media like you, who make transparency as if for different truths that happen in the Municipality of Tirana. It's a political attack to shut you up," said Teliti./CNA

For weeks, CNA has been facing an attack orchestrated by Aldor Nini of "Acromax", for blocking our social networks, with copyright claims.

In an interview with journalist Fabjona Pasho, the political leader of PD for Tirana, Belind Këllçi, said that CNA is being attacked for the interests of Erion Veliaj, because of its editorial policy, alongside the truth.

According to him, this unprecedented attack shows the fear and panic Erion Veliaj has of prison and justice.

"This has nothing to do with copyright. This has to do with the fact that you are a media that has not agreed to compromise and eat the soup spoon from Erion Veliaj and you are a media that has not been captured by the government and officials others of the state. You are a free media that has your own stance and you say what you think and stick to your line. In the reality of Erion Veliaj, this is something incredible and impossible permanently by Acromax, censoring your various videos, your denunciations that mainly affect the Municipality of Tirana and are ugly attempts to undo a reality that every Albanian citizen already knows.

The unprecedented attack that is being made against CNA by Acromax shows the fear, the panic that Erion Veliaj has from prison, from justice. If you also add the numerous editorials that are produced every day in defense of Erion Veliaj and against the media that defend the truth, or other portals financed by Veliaj, that smear any oppositionist or free journalists as in the case of Elvi Fundo who writes for big truths permanently, clearly shows the panic that Erion Veliaj has and the fact that he does not buy and blackmail these media or opposition functionaries. Acromax is just a desperate attempt," he stressed.

The activity of "Acromax" in our country trumpeted as a guarantor of copyright leaves great doubts. Media censorship in Albania is not new, but a phenomenon that has strengthened even more in the last 12 years.

When asked about the censorship of the media, for CNA TV, the vice president of the DP, Luciano Boçi, called the activity of "Acromax", Aldor Nini's company, as abusive. He called it a government propaganda ploy to block truth-telling media.

"'Acromax' is a puppet of the government's propaganda. It is a German company that has made contracts with the Albanian government, but also with a large part of televisions allegedly on copyright, but all political attacks are hidden behind it that are done to the opposition and the opposition media, the media that broadcast the truth, the media that testify about the affairs and the massive corruption that happened in Albania. Even the activity of 'Acromax' is very suspicious, it has been criticized by 'Reporters without Borders'. It has blocked the activity of many media that are critical of the government, as is the case of CNA. Its attacks are not just blocking, but also filtering instead, to censor the media and free speech. I claim that all the media that are hit by 'Acromax', start court cases against this company. I think it should be held accountable as a company that hides its income in Albania, but also that carries out such a censorship war denounced by the institutions that protect the work of journalists and the freedom of journalists", he said. 

The vice-president of the DP, Luciano Boçi, emphasized, among other things, that for years the opposition has opposed the way of functioning of "Acromax" even in the Media Commission. He called on the AMA to exercise its duty of scrutinizing the legality of Acromax's actions. /CNA

Aldor Nini was used by the mayor of Bahçe Erion Veliaj some time ago and he reported a news about the painful event of the death of Ardi Gjoklaj in the Sharra landfill. The photo is an image of Mayor Veliaj in the campaign, a public photo distributed by the Municipality of Tirana.

CNA reported the news of "Digitalb" that was 28 million euros in debt, maybe Lori Hoxha asked him, maybe Vjollca Hoxha asked him, this is his job. For us, this news is of public interest even though it is a private platform, which uses public frequencies, two public licenses, licensed by the AMA and has public interest, because there are tens of thousands of citizen clients and in this case, after no discussion, and the citizens who they have subscribed and want to know about the company that offers them the service. Who doesn't understand, it's not our problem.

Fakti tregon se aktiviteti është një material i sjellë nga Ministria e Kulturës për një event kulturor, ashtu sikundër ishte edhe rasti i ish-kryeministrit Edi Rama, për të cilin Aldor Nini pretendon se ka "copyright" dhe dhe të drejtat e transmetit të eventit të kryeministrit në Milano apo të eventit të ministrave përkatës të filmit "Guna përmbi tela" nuk janë raportime apo shkelje ligjire, por janë abuzime të Aldor Ninit.
