A confirmed and proven connection of Endri Habilaj as the main organizer of propaganda, distribution of money, benefits from incinerators. A corrupt affair of 430 million dollars, a contract in Tirana, that whoever drafted or signed it must be held accountable before the law, just as they are held accountable for Elbasan and Fier. The servants of the incinerators must also go before SPAK.

Endrit Habilaj is one of them. With his schemes, as a mercenary paid by the incinerators, with the money taken from the taxes of the Albanians, he serves by filling his pockets with what is stolen from the poor Albanians.

CNA has shown in letters how several companies in his name, in the "Top Channel" building and in the name of his wife, were paid month by month by the incinerator company.

We will release other data regarding hidden income and their non-declaration, but today we are bringing the answers to the second and third questions that we addressed to Endri Habilaj, after we contacted him and he refused to answer and we asked him public.

We are bringing the TIMS system, Mr. Habilaj's flight data. As CNA has reported, Endrit Habilaj has met with Mirel Mërtir in Vienna, on more than one occasion. There were also frequent trips to Athens.

Mirel Mërtiri is the "brain" of the incinerators, he is the man with whom Endrit Habilaj keeps in touch, he is the man who coordinates the media propaganda in favor of the incinerators, against journalists. These are two important points, the rest of what he does with his partners, political associates and the political direction of Rilindash are not in our interest at all.

Endrit Habilaj turns out to have traveled to Vienna often, and precisely some dates turn out to be when the board or the group of the main shareholders of the incinerators, including Mirel Mërtir, would meet.

This is because, in order to inform the public opinion, the meetings are held in Vienna, where Mireli is located together with Stela Gugallja, his roommate and two children, where it has been learned that Stela Gugallja has sought political asylum. So, "Top Channel", which 24 hours a day pretends to "fight" against the incinerators, with the coordination of Habilaj and others, with bags of money and payments going to the account of the incinerators' propaganda, does not mention Mirel Mërtir's name together with other media, but they say that they wage a "war" by attacking Arben Ahmetaj, the "tiger" of the government. This government, which in 10 years has not known anything about what happened to the incinerators, and they learned exactly this in the last few months, since "Top Channel" was paid with bags of money and has a direct partnership with Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto. Partnerships start at "Lori Caffe" and end with payment bills of tens of thousands of euros.

The TIMS system clearly shows us that Endrit Habilaj traveled to Vienna and Athens. We are publishing some of them. In cases where there is no answer to the details and will be silent, we will bring other details that SPAK will need a lot to clarify the whole scheme.

TIMS shows trips. Meetings can also be tried. Without asking Mirel at SPAK, there may be no details on the truth of the incinerators, since if the "brain" does not speak, the scheme is difficult to understand.

But on the other hand, Endrit Habilaj should be called to show the money of the incinerators, the trips and media propaganda, the blackmail against prosecutors and the attack on journalists, the money paid to some people through portals, what "Top Channel" receives, like Endrit Habilaj, today has passed into the shadows accusing "Top Channel" of fines or "Top Channel" accusing Habilaj of being a fine collector and with the blessing of Mirel Mërtir, things have already changed.

The media servant of the incinerators has traveled to Vienna and Athens, according to the TIMS system, very often. There are other details about the meetings, the emails, the way he communicates with different journalists, with portal managers that SPAK needs to verify in order to stop the abuse that is done with Albanians' money.

A few days ago, precisely on April 18, CNA addressed some public questions to the journalist Endrit Habilaj, after having contacted the latter and he had refused to answer the questions of our journalists. Additionally, he requested to be contacted by the sole shareholder of the company.

Although the questions were told and repeated to Endri Habilaj, he refused to answer, we chose to make them public. There are not only four, there are also several other questions, which Endrit Habilaj, who is known as the media brain of the incinerators, refused to answer, and we will prove this with facts and documents, answering all the questions he has published , but also by disclosing documents, which have recently arrived at our editorial office and a good part of them have been verified.

The first question was, is Endrit Habilaj related to the Tirana incinerator?

Habilaj, through a document provided by the editorial office of CNA, has informed the incinerator company of Tirana, its mother in the Netherlands.

If you look at the following document, in the email he sends, he addresses the administrator of the parent company in the Netherlands, where he informs him about the company City News Albania or CNA Media and its activity, sending him some documents, such as the historical extracts of the two companies.

We do not know in what form Habilaj does this role, he is employed by the incinerator company, he does it as a mercenary, he does it as a spy for the company, as their obedient soldier, etc., etc.

We don't know how to clarify this, we can say that we were able to secure a document, an email and then in the contacts we had, in our sources within the company, it turns out that Endrit Habilaj, according to the data, maintains strong contacts with the company of the Tirana incinerator, but also with the mother in Tirana, to cooperate against the media, which have denounced the incinerator affair, as well as to build the complete propaganda of the incinerator company in Tirana, where today, after a concession contract of 6 years ago, i.e. in 2017, there are still no incinerators, citizens pay 29 euros/ton. There was a parliamentary commission of inquiry, strong accusations.

On the other hand, the main names are Stela Gugallja and Klodian Zoto, also from the people around Habilaj and "Top Channel", and some other media paid by the incinerators, the former deputy prime minister Arben Ahmetaj was also accused, but what falls into eye in every detail was the failure to mention the name of Mirel Mërtir.

For this reason, we have addressed some questions to Endrit Habilaj, which we will answer day by day. Today this email is enough to show that Habilaj has strong contacts with the incinerator company, just as we have shown before that Endrit Habilaj and his wife, through 4-5 different companies, received monthly payments, several tens of thousands of euros in the year 2021.

Now that SPAK is investigating the Tirana incinerator, it is even easier to prove everything, although the scheme has changed, it goes from Vienna to Athens. This is also related to some other questions that we have addressed to Habilaj, but we will also tell him day by day during this time.

Beyond the electoral campaign and its noise, the trees planted by Lali Eri or the free buses of Belo, CNA will continue the battle with the incinerator company, with the affair of the century and especially with the affair of the Tirana incinerator, the landfill that does not have an incinerator.

We will bring exclusive documents that show Endri Habilaj's connections with the incinerator companies, with her "brain" Mirel Mërtir, how they communicate, how they meet in Vienna, how Habilaj travels to Athens and who he meets there, who are the journalists he meets in Tirana and pays on behalf of the incinerators to blackmail journalists and various media, since, as we have said before, the strategy of the incinerator companies is three-pronged.

First, to personalize the affair of the incinerators with Monika Kryemadhi, as a whistleblower and unbelievable that she is corrupt with Russian partners and others like these.

Secondly, attacking and accusing every possible journalist who wrote against the incinerator affair, emphasizing that they are Arben Ahmetaj's people and are paid by Arben Ahmetaj.

In fact, CNA, TPZ, Andi Bushati, Armand Shkullaku, Klodian Tomorri and others have been talking about the incinerator affair for years, moreover even when Ahmetaj was the deputy prime minister and in charge of the state duty, which was also the man the second most important in the country and was never counted. Even when he was the Minister of Economy, even when he was the Minister of Finance, he received the public response and moreover he was one of the persons accused by many media for his connections with Mirel Mërtir that Endrit Habilaj and his media gang have afraid to mention his name.

So, Mirel Mërtiri, the man who is called the "brain" of the incinerators, uses Habilaj as a spokesperson for his propaganda and strategy to relativize the political issue with attacks on Kryemadhi, to relativize the media issue by accusing every potential journalist who has denounced the affair of the incinerators and linking it to Arbe Ahmetaj.

And thirdly, making fake shows like the one of Grida Duma a few days ago, where shamefully in a panel where there were only monologues, we were told how good the incinerators were. It was from Grida Duma that had accused the latter and is now paid by "Top Channel", that Endrit Habilaj had accused this television of being a finer, while with the departure of Endrit Habilaj a few months ago, "Top Channel" had said that had removed the next finer.

Already the fine accused by "Top Channel" and the accused who turned into an accuser accusing "Top Channel" of fines, together organized the pro-incinerator show.

Endrit Habilaj, is one of the suicide bombers of incinerator corruption, who has received tens of thousands of euros per month from Albanian taxes.

VOX TV, "Infinit Communication", and SHQIP, are three companies that have administrator Endrit Habilaj and his wife Uarda Habilaj.

All three of these companies, Endrit Habilaj, has received money continuously from the owners of incinerators Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.

Habilaj, who was expelled from Top Channel and charged with fines, has been one of the key people funded by the affair of the century, the incinerators.  

But how did Endrit Habilaj benefit?

Me anë të kompanisë VOX TV, Endrit Habilaj, ka marrë 979 949 lekë të reja, në pak muaj të vitit 2021.

Janë katër fatura, të sjella ekskluzivisht nga CNA.al dhe që konfirmojnë marrjen e parave nga njerëzit e inceneratorëve në mënyrë sistematike.

Edhe nëpërmjet kompanisë ?Infinit Communication?, Endrit Habilaj, ku është ortak me Ornela Pangon, ka marrë 1 774 872 kekë të reja, vetëm me 4 fatura.

Faturat janë lëshuar në pak muaj në vitin 2021 dhe shkojnë në qindra milionë lekë.

Ndërsa me kompaninë tjetër, SHQIP, të kamufluar në emër të bashkëshortes Uarda Habilaj, pronarët e inceneratorëve, sipas faturave të siguruara nga CNA.al, kanë dhënë rreth 20 000 euro.

CNA.al ka siguruar  pesë fatura të vitit 2021, ku nëpërmjet subjektit SHQIP, bashkëshortja e Habilajt  ka marrë gati 30 milionë lekë këto vetëm për pak muaj.

Në total për vitin 2021, Habilaj është paguar nga inceneratorët 2 847 079 Lekë.

Të gjitha këto pagesa kanë bërë që Habilaj në mediat që janë në godinën e Top Channel dhe përmes emisionit ?Top Story? të bënte propagandën më të mirë për inceneratorët, nga të cilët përfitoi dhjetra mijëra euro.

Ish-ministri Lefter Koka, u arrestua për disa kompani që merrnin para nga inceneratorët. Ndërsa kamikazi i korrupsionit të inceneratorëve Endrit Habilaj ka përfituar nga komanitë që kishte në emër të tij dhe të gruas dhjetra milionë lekë nga Klodian Zoto e Mirel Mërtiri.

Në dosjen inceneratorët në SPAK, duket se rradhën do e kenë edhe gazetarë apo ish drejtues mediash që kanë futur duart për të mbushur xhepat e tyre me paratë e aferës së inceneratorëve nga taksat e qytetarëve shqiptarë.
