In an investigation, two German media,  netzpolitik.org and ARD FAKT, reported 4 years ago, in March 2020, that the company "Acromax" of Aldor Nini, has deleted critical news about the head of the municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

In the investigative article it is underlined that Aldor Ninin's company "Acromax Media" helped the Albanian government to limit the freedom of the press and the freedom of speech. Although Aldor Nini's company itself has denied the accusations using the "copyright infringement" thesis, the facts show the exact opposite. ( read here)

The German media brings the case of "Faktoje", which after reporting the news about the Botanical Garden of Tirana, about the ownership issue and clashes with the Agricultural University, where Erion Veliaj was reported, the videos were complained by Acromax and removed from social networks.

Lawyer Adriana Kalaja, in an interview for CNA TV, answered some of the above questions, where she denounced a contract concluded between "Acromax" and state institutions, but which is not reflected to the public.

"I researched the copyright law, there is also an accredited agency in Albania regarding this part, on the other hand there is also a secret agreement, which is unofficially public, an agreement that was signed personally by the mayor of Tirana with the company 'Acromax'. From the information we have, it was signed in the name of Endri Fuga, but in this case he represents the Prime Minister. The object of this agreement is sold as if it were an agreement to censor news, which is copyright and not can be published without the author's authorization. But in fact, I have found that they censor news that focuses on criticism, denunciations and providing the true facts about the way the Tirana Municipality's management, or the management of the Prime Minister's Office, functions."

Misusing the reporting system on the YouTube platform under the pretext of copyright protection and in videos with political content. While the political parties themselves and the audios used are licensed and are materials sent by the parties themselves, by the ministries themselves, by the institutions that exercise these activities and have a wide public interest.

All these maneuvers of misusing the platforms are done with one goal, the subjugation of the media to Aldor Nini and personal interests in order not to disclose facts or public events of his actions in flagrant violation of the law.

Erion Veliaj blackmails CNA through Aldor Nini

Aldor Nini was used by the mayor of Bahçe Erion Veliaj some time ago and he reported a news about the painful event of the death of Ardi Gjoklaj in the Sharra landfill. The photo is an image of Mayor Veliaj in the campaign, a public photo distributed by the Municipality of Tirana.

At the time, where there was a wide debate, Aldor Nini reported the CNA servers in Germany, but it was later proven that he had abused and cheated with this report through his company "Acromax", using one of SP offices.

Secondly, there was a blow from a report by Aldor Nini's "Acromax" about an event such as the activity of Prime Minister Edi Rama in Milan, where Noizy sang, a material not copied by CNA, published by the Prime Minister's Office, published in social networks and strike, hit, block is given only to CNA for no one else.

So when a person speaks, an image from that show has been used with the full permission and authorization of this media and many others with which it cooperates continuously.

The fourth case is "Digitalb"

CNA reported the news of "Digitalb" that was 28 million euros in debt, maybe Lori Hoxha asked him, maybe Vjollca Hoxha asked him, this is his job. For us, this news is of public interest even though it is a private platform, which uses public frequencies, two public licenses, licensed by the AMA and has public interest, because there are tens of thousands of citizen clients and in this case, after no discussion, and the citizens who they have subscribed and want to know about the company that offers them the service. Who doesn't understand, it's not our problem.

The fact is the fact, the news is the news, the image was not stolen at all. The reporting is a total abuse by Acromax and Aldor Nini. This news has been reported in all our social networks.

Fakti tregon se aktiviteti është një material i sjellë nga Ministria e Kulturës për një event kulturor, ashtu sikundër ishte edhe rasti i ish-kryeministrit Edi Rama, për të cilin Aldor Nini pretendon se ka "copyright" dhe dhe të drejtat e transmetit të eventit të kryeministrit në Milano apo të eventit të ministrave përkatës të filmit "Guna përmbi tela" nuk janë raportime apo shkelje ligjire, por janë abuzime të Aldor Ninit.

Aldor Nini, is a stalker, where we can mention the cases of violence against his ex-partner or the kidnapping of his daughter, attacks CNA allegedly with "copyright". 

CNA aims to inform the public about many unsaid truths, but Aldor Nini has a habit of attacking the media that publish facts. 

This is a censorship that Nini tries to do to CNA, apparently hiding behind "copyright", but all his actions are very readable.

The fictional character, Aldor Nini , is known as one of the people with deep problems regarding media rights in Albania, widely denounced as a servant of the political clientele, the man who in the name of rights abuses using the law and the space of the networks social for political issues that he never has the rights to and never had, although he claims to be someone.

The man who was arrested and kept in prison by the police for stalking and raping his co-habitant, to whom he also published a video without her consent, claims that he will bring YouTube to Albania.

In fact, he is a direct threat and blackmailer, since through third parties he demands that the materials he wants be published, and when you don't give him the space, he threatens you with YouTube.

The man who was captured alive by the State Police, the man who has been denounced in dozens of cases by CNA and by many other media, where there are hundreds and hundreds of materials on how Aldor Nini has used his company Acromax as a political pistol against media and free speech, allegedly in the name of copyright. 

Today he dares to threaten again with the closure of youtube channels with alleged copyrights that in fact do not exist or are abused by him and his associates, as was the case denounced by CNA in relation to former mayor Veliaj, where Aldor Nini threatened to close pages on social networks and others.

Aldor Nini continues to turn into a political whip, a blackmailer and a threat to the media, when he does not get the space he wants for the issues he wants. 

He thinks he is the gendarme, the law and above the law for every person in Albania. It is on the copyright law, it is on the Constitution on the right to information and it can hit and destroy any social network or youtube that it has its rights. 

In fact, Aldor Nini should learn once and for all that many people already have the right legal space, even there, this Aldor Nini does not think that the real law, its implementation, is enough so that Nini and others like him no longer hold the rights of youtube for many companies because he abuses them and moreover he is a person with a dangerous criminal record and he knows it well.

If he thinks he can tear apart the future with his abusive sword, he is wrong. As it is another sword bigger than the one he has.

It is the sword of the right and the sword of the law that prohibits and punishes anyone convicted and abusive to carry out such activities and Aldor Nini is one of them./CNA
