Gjithashtu, Simixhiu hapi edhe kompaninë “Art Lab”, të cilën e ka në emër të tij dhe një vit më pas deklaroi 93 milionë lekë fitim. CNA zbuloi se qendra “Eventus” ka marrë 5 pagesa nga Bashkia e Tiranës, në vlerën rreth 93 milionë dhe dy pagesa nga Ministria e Kulturës. Gjithashtu, Erald Simixhiu rezulton anëtar në Këshillin e Administrimit të kompanisë “Botime Enciklopedike”, ku 89.5% të aksioneve i zotëron Ajola Xoxa me nënën e saj, Valbona Simixhiu Xoxa. Një tjetër detaj nga kjo skemë është hapja e kompanisë “AVA STUDIO” në tetor të vitit 2021 nga Valbona Xoxa. Vjehrra e Erion Veliajt, në vetëm 2 muaj aktivitet deklaron mbi 20.000 euro fitime, ndërsa për vitin 2022 deklaron fitim neto 110.000 euro. Një tjetër e përbashkët, përveç lidhjeve familjare, është se kompanitë e Ajola Xoxës dhe të familjarëve të saj kanë të njëjtën adresë. But we go further. The "Eventus" center, according to data provided by CNA, has received payments of tens of thousands of euros from the Municipality of Tirana.
So, Erion Veliaj directly paid Ajola Xoxa's uncle to develop his activity, but here we are facing a PURE CONFLICT OF INTEREST .
According to the official data provided by CNA, there are 5 payments, which amount to over 90 million lek from the Municipality of Tirana, directly given to the "Eventus" center by the Municipality of Tirana at different times.

What stands out is the fact that the payment of the year 2024, in a single one, is as much as two bills of the year 2022-2023.

And what happens with "Art Lab"?
As soon as he came to Albania, just one year later, the company of Ajola Xoxa's uncle, Erald Simixhiu, turned out with a profit of about 93 million lek, about 93 thousand euros.

The scheme is quite clear. Ajola Xoxa's uncle comes to Albania through two entities, an LLC and an NGO.

Në vijim të mbledhjes së detajeve mbi përfshirjen e Ajola Xoxës në veprimtaritë e lidhura me artin në qytetin e Tiranës, bëmë një vëzhgim në faqen zyrtare të zonjës Veliaj.
Vihet re që deri në maj të vitit 2017, Ajola Xoxa mbetej shumë e angazhuar në panele ku e përzgjidhnin të fliste për fusha të drejtësisë. Nëse koleksionon gjithë temat për të cilat është përzgjedhur si eksperte Ajola, ato shkojnë nga e drejta kushtetuese, te reforma në drejtësi (nuk mund të mungonte kjo), e deri tek e drejta tregtare.
Me kaq shumë ekspertizë juridike, nuk ka asnjë profesor në Sorbone ku ka studiuar Ajola. Ata janë të gjithë të specializuar dhe ushtrojnë profesionin në një fushë të caktuar. Por kjo nuk vlente për Ajola Xoxen. Nuk vlente të paktën deri në maj 2017.
Me një gamë të gjerë ekspertizë juridike, të krahasueshme të paktën me të një 70-vjeçareje në profesion, zonjën Xoxa e ftonin të gjithë ata që sot njihen si sekti që ka kapur drejtësinë.
Por ky angazhim duket dikur shuhet nga darka në mëngjesin e 17 majit 2017. Në faqen zyrtare të zonjës Xoxa data 17 maj shënon postimin e saj të fundit me temë angazhimet si lektore dhe paneliste të drejtësisë.
Në kulmin e karrierës juridike, pas disa vitesh studimi dhe promovimi nga kokat e drejtësisë, Ajola Xoxa vendos të mbyllë llogaritë me profesionin si juriste! Të paktën ka mbyllur ekspozimin në faqen e vet si e tillë! Pas kësaj date zonja Xoxa nuk ka më asnjë postim që lidhet me jurisprudencën.
