One of the most interesting episodes explained in the 366-page file of accusations against the Veliaj-Xoxa family is the request for a meeting between Klotilda Bushke and a witness.

Klotilda Bushka went to the institution where the witness worked and called her to a meeting in the office of the head of the institution.

The incident took place at the Office of the Ombudsman. The welcoming official who created all the comfort for Ms. Bushka is called Erinda Ballanca.

"The declarant explains that while she was working in the office of the Ombudsman, at around 2:30 p.m., the institution's driver, a citizen named Tasim, called her that someone was looking for her from outside. The driver then told her to go to the Ombudsman's office. The declarant explains that when she entered the office, she found the Ombudsman Erinda Ballanca and citizen Klotilda Bushka there. The declarant explains that at first I greeted both of them, then citizen Klotilda Bushka winked at her, a gesture that she (the declarant) understood as a signal not to tell what had happened to me during May and December and the meetings she had had.

After some conversations on personal topics, the declarant explains that the state Erinda Ballanca has left the office and is left alone with Klotilda Bushka. The latter has started to ask her if she is better and if she has calmed down from the situation created last month. Also, Klotilda Bushka has asked her if she had any concerns from Spak, asking her if she had been called again. The declarant has replied that she has not had any concerns and is very calm.

The declarant further explains that Klotilda Bushka told her that she had a concern about the declarations to the HIDAKKI that she herself was making, referring to the invoice she had in her file issued by her husband Altin Bushka, for the NATO 2022 activity, and asked her who was aware of this invoice. The declarant told her that she had only spoken to Greta Kokalari about this invoice and that she had then written to Altin, telling him that he should make an invoice.

The declarant states that Klotilda's concern was whether or not this conversation about the invoice in question was held with Adela Kondakçi, as it actually happened. However, the declarant denied such a thing. At one point, the declarant explains that Klotilda Bushka expressed herself by saying that "Adela has brought us many consequences and is a negative person with whom we have collaborated" - the file states.

Among other things, Ina Goxhaj stated that Klotilda Bushka told her that if she were called to SPAK again, she would be represented by a lawyer, while asking her not to talk to anyone.

"The declarant explains that Klotilda told her, 'Don't worry, no matter what, you'll have us. And please don't talk to anyone on the phone.'"

The declarant explains that state representative Klotilda Bushka has asked her several times not to talk about the incident on the phone. 

Then, the declarant explains that citizen Klotilda Bushka told her that if she was called back to Spak, she should not tell how Klotilda had taken her phone.

"Klotilda Bushka, the declarant explains, instructed her that if she were to be questioned by the proceeding body regarding the phone, she should declare that she had had the current phone (the one given to her by citizen Ajola Xoxa) in her home for years and had simply put it into use recently," the file states.

In the end, the declarant revealed that while saying goodbye to Klotilda, the latter told her, "For anything you need, even money, just tell us."

The former executive director of BYL-A, Ina Goxhaj, has expressed the concern that socialist MP Klotilda Bushka had regarding the statements to the HIDAKKI that she herself was making, referring to the invoice she had in her file issued by her husband, Altin Bushka, for the NATO 2022 activity and asked who was aware of this invoice.

CNA has secured the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, which also reveals the role of Klotilda Bushka, how the socialist MP is involved in criminal activity, in defense of Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa.

From this telephone company, information has been administered that the telephone number +355696152417 is registered in the name of citizen Ina Goxhaj, with personal No. 185524116P, date of birth 24.05.1988, for which the form of the user of electronic communications services has also been completed. Attached to this form is a copy of the Identity Card in the name of citizen Ina Goxhaj, with Personal No. 185524116P, issued on 06.05.2009. Likewise, the telephone company has made available the phone calls/sms, which reflect the numbers that have called or were called by citizen Ina Goxhaj, for the period 01.12.2023 to 18.12.2024, along with the IMEI identifiers of the interlocutors.

136.2.3. From the material analyzed for outgoing calls, it is evident that from 01.12.2023 until 10.12.2024 at 20:07, this telephone number was used on the mobile phone with IMEI 356835259288980. The last outgoing call was at 20:07, with a duration of 10 seconds, to the mobile phone number 0695528178. The last incoming flow turns out to be an SMS from Vodafone at 22:51 on 10.12.2024. In the following, it is reflected that for the telephone number +355696152417, from 11.12.2024 at 8:35 to 12.12.2024 at 11:35, a telephone number with No. IMEI 358934999288980. This coincides with this citizen's statements regarding the use for a few hours of another device, which must belong to her mother.

Then, from the material analyzed for outgoing flows, it is evident that from 13.12.2024 at 02:38 and until 18.12.2024 at 14:19, the telephone number of citizen Ina Goxhaj was used on the device with IMEI 357014745814170. The first incoming flow for this IMEI is on 13.12.2024, at 02:36, in the form of a message, while the last incoming flow is on 18.12.2024, at 17:44, in the form of a message. These data coincide with the statements of citizen Ina Goxhaj regarding the change of her mobile device. In conclusion, the fact is proven that until 10.12.2024 Ina Goxhaj had a telephone with IMEI 356835259288980 and since 13.12.2024, citizen Ina Goxhaj has changed her telephone with IMEI 357014745814170. From open sources it results that IMEI numbers that start with 35 belong to iPhone brand telephones. This data also coincides with the statements of the citizen in question, related to the replacement of her Samsung brand mobile phone with an iPhone brand device, "the Court's decision provided by CNA states.

Further, former director Ina Goxhaj said that Bushka called her to the office to tell her not to talk to anyone about the things she knows and offered her money to keep her mouth shut.

The declarant explains that the citizen Klotilda Bushka asked her several times not to talk on the phone about the incident.

Then, the declarant explains that citizen Klotilda Bushka told her that if they called her again in Spak, she should not tell how Klotilda had taken her phone. She explains that she contacted Erald Ismaili and Greta Kokalari, who had also written the project. She explains that the documentary part of the letters was done by Greta Kokalari, while the financier was Adela. Ina Goxhaj explains that the final meeting for this project was held at the "Dajti" hotel, and explains that all the time Ina had to consult with Ejona about how and where the project would be developed.

Regarding this project, Ina Goxhaj says that there were some concerns, both about its implementation after it was delayed, but also about reporting to Klotilda about the implementation of the funds (despite the fact that Klotilda was not involved in this project or had requested reconciliations), a concern she shared with Adela.

Likewise, the declarant claims that during the implementation of this project, there were fictitious payments in cases where the experts were known to the organizers, received payments and then returned them in cash, values ​​which were received from Klotilda, Ajola and in some cases Ejona.

For this project, he explained that he had contact with Altin Bushka, Klotilda's husband, regarding the bill for internet service that he should have simply recorded as an expense item.

"BYL-A's work after 2016 was organized at the offices of 'Partners', where Ina Goxhaj says that she was employed as a secretary, office coordinator, and had a position at the reception, but at the same time she also did work for BYL-A. She was not paid for her work as The Partners' secretary, as she received her salary from BYL-A. She says that in 2017 she left The Partners after being replaced by another girl, and she remained unemployed for two years, despite being the Executive Director of BYL-A, she did not receive any payment.

CNA revealed a day ago through official sources that during the investigation into Erion Veliaj, SPAK is conducting preliminary investigations against socialist MP Klotilda Bushka. The second meeting took place in the afternoon on 11.12.2024, where Socialist MP Klotilda Bushka called citizen Ina Goxhaj to learn what she should say to the Special Prosecution Office and what she should categorically deny.

"After being notified to appear before the Special Prosecution Office, he held several meetings with citizens Klotilda Bushka, Ajola Xoxa, and even with several lawyers.

The first meeting took place with citizen Klotilda Bushka (whom he is a cousin of) on 10.12.2024, at Klotilda's parents' apartment located near the Red School. He explained that during this meeting he told Klotilda that he had been summoned to the prosecutor's office, and Klotilda ordered him to deny everything during her questioning.

Ajola Xoxa also joined this meeting, who asked Ina to hand over her phone and then checked it regarding the conversations she had.

Ina Goxhaj stated that she did not want to give her Samsung A35 phone, but felt forced by Ajola Xoxa. The declarant explains that Ajola Xoxa read the communications between her (Ina) and Adela Kondakçiu, or with Ketrina Braho and was concerned, but Ina states that she personally did not feel guilty because the messages were a great truth. The declarant explains that Ajola, Klotilda and the lawyer decided that she (Ina) would not appear at the Special Prosecution Office. The declarant adds that Ajola Xoxa brought her a new iPhone 12 phone and told her that her Samsung A35 phone would be destroyed.

Likewise, the declarant states that the lawyers were concerned after Adela Kondakçiu also appeared at the Prosecutor's Office. Given the length of this citizen's statements, they were concerned that Adela had spoken to the investigators.

The declarant states that she left this meeting to continue the meeting with Klotilda at her parents' apartment. She also explains that Klotilda told her that she should not mention Ajola's name or tell how things had worked. She explains that Klotilda returned the Samsung A35 phone to her, in order to copy the necessary data and return it to her for destruction. Ina Goxhaj explains that this is actually what happened. She explains that Klotilda, Ajola and the lawyer were at the meeting and they seemed concerned that they had not had contact with Adela, who had been at the Prosecutor's Office the day before. During the meeting, the declarant explains that she was told that she should resist and not reveal the reality of the situation. This citizen states that they asked her to deny everything about Ajola and Byla, etc.

Likewise, Ina Goxhaj explains that during this meeting they pressured her by telling her that when Ajola went to give a statement, she would find out what Ina had said. They told her that they would find out what she would say and that information would leak, since they had people within the Prosecution Office, and that they would be familiar with her statement.

Greta Domi, the declarant, also explained that she had been taught by them what she had to declare, and after the declaration she had informed them about the progress. At the end of the meeting, they asked her to report to the lawyer's office at 6:30 PM after her declaration to discuss what she had been asked about.

During her statement, this citizen explained that she became the executive director of the BYL-A center, following the recommendation of Klotilda Bushka, which was then approved by the BYL-A board at the time. She explains that the organization was inactive in the years 2019-2021, only to be reactivated again, and she held the position of director until 2023, when she was replaced by a girl named Rea, whom she met in the offices of the Harabel center. She explains that the decision was made for Rea to become director, but she does not know who made the decision.
