Diaspora votes in Kosovo/ Ballots are being counted in 13 municipalities

The Central Election Commission in Kosovo has announced that the counting of ballots from postal voting outside Kosovo is continuing at the Counting and Results Center in Pristina.

By the end of Friday, ballots belonging to voters from the municipalities of Deçan, Gjakova, Leposavi?, Novobërdë, Shtërpcë, Zubin Potok, Zveçan, Mamushë, Hani i Elezit, Graçanicë, Ranillug, Kllokot and North Mitrovica had been counted at this center.

In the process of counting are ballots separated into ballot boxes belonging to the municipalities of Deçan, Gjilan, Dragash, Drenas, Istog, Klina, Kamenica and Kaçanik.

The counting process is taking place in the presence of accredited observers.

All citizens of Kosovo who registered individually to vote by mail during the census could send their ballot package to the address of any of the 23 Central Election Commission mailboxes open in different countries.

The number of alleged ballot packages that have been approved by the CEC, after the evaluation process, is more than 63 thousand pieces./CNA
