The Pristina Court has fined the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, 250 euros for failing to appear before the Special Prosecution Office to testify regarding the state reserves case.
The Pristina Court on 04.03.2025 issued an order for Kurti to appear before the Prosecutor's Office and testify in this case.
Despite an order from the Pristina Court, Kurti still failed to appear. On the same day, the Prime Minister chose to go on a working visit to Gjilan to inaugurate a kindergarten.
After this action by the country's prime minister, the Pristina Court fined him 250 euros. /CNA
