The members of the Kosovo Assembly have not yet managed to constitute the ninth legislature, even today, April 27, after the candidate of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albulena Haxhiu, failed to receive enough votes for speaker of the parliament.
The Vetëvendosje Movement, as the leading party in the February 9 elections, has proposed Albulena Haxhiu for the fifth time as speaker of parliament, but she again received only 57 votes in favor, out of the 61 votes needed to take this position.
