Forcat izraelite kanë nisur një sulm tokësor dhe ajror në qytetin Deir al-Balah në Gazën qendrore, duke shkaktuar valë të reja zhvendosjeje midis civilëve që janë zhvendosur tashmë nga konflikti i vazhdueshëm.
