Drones damage apartments near Moscow

Russian officials said early on Tuesday that the military had shot down four Ukrainian drones near Moscow and over the Bryansk region that borders Ukraine, Reuters reports.

A Reuters reporter was in the Odintsovo district near the town of Chastsy west of Moscow, where a drone crashed and heard four explosions shortly after 3:00 a.m. local time.

"The windows were shaking," she said.

The Russian defense ministry said there were no injuries in the latest attack.
One of the drones crashed over Krasnogorsk, a city outside Moscow that hosts the Moscow regional government.

Videos and photos from the scene released by Russian media outlet Baza showed broken windows in a high-rise building, debris on a sidewalk and a car with a hole in its glass roof.

The airspace over the Russian capital was briefly closed and Moscow's three main airports suspended flights, the TASS news agency reported./ CNA
