Will Vetvendosje propose Limaj as speaker of parliament? Kurti: We have given the proposal

The acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has spoken about the issue of the political impasse regarding the failure to constitute the Kosovo Assembly.

Responding to journalists, Kurti emphasized the importance of making the Parliament functional, while acknowledging that despite this, Kosovo enjoys institutional stability.

" The Assembly must be constituted. Kosovo does not have an assembly, but Kosovo has a government, Kosovo has stability and especially you are seeing today how Kosovo has an army ," Kurti said.

Asked whether the Vetevendosje Movement will propose Fatmir Limaj for the position of Speaker of the Parliament, Kurti said that the Vetevendosje Movement has already made the proposal.

"We have given our proposal ," he said, without giving further details./ CNA
