The Minister of Health, Albana Koçiu, inaugurated and declared the Cardiology and Cardiac Reanimation Service at QSUT a success.

This service at QSUT has not been working for 6 weeks, since February 11 when there was a fire in the new Emergency Room.

And although he has not done anything to restore the Cardiology and resuscitation service, the minister came out and made us propaganda on social networks.

She said that at QSUT, about 1,000 patients have been treated in this service, while she also talked about investments that, according to her, have increased patient satisfaction.

This was in fact an aberration since Cardiology has not been in operation for a month and a half and patients are being transferred to the Trauma Sanatorium, while facing a large influx.

After propagandizing us with the burning emergency, the minister has come to her senses.

Koçiu edited her article on social networks and instead of Cardiology and Cardiac Reanimation Service she wrote Surgery and Reanimation Service.

Even though he edited the article, it still appears that he misinformed the public opinion, since it is impossible for patients to receive services in a building that is out of order.

The Minister owes a long explanation to all Albanian citizens about this crap that is happening in the Emergency Department of the Health and Welfare Department.

Instead of political propaganda, it has an obligation to tell Albanians how the truth is, what are the measures it is taking and why no action has been taken so far./ CNA
