The 17-year-old girl lost her life in an accident/ Investigations continue to

On June 21, 2021, the show "Stop" on TV Klan broadcast the denunciation of Mrs. Alketa Duro. She showed the manipulation of the accident that took the life of her 17-year-old daughter Ana. The event took place on March 15, 2019 at Borsh beach. The two young men, the daughter and the boyfriend, were with the girl's family car as the families were aware of Ana's relationship with the young man Roberto Dhuli.

That afternoon at around 17:00 the car goes out of control and falls into a drain on the side of the road, causing the loss of life for the 17-year-old, while the boy escapes. The case of the Borsh accident was supposed to be investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora, but in a strange way, this file was taken by Saranda, the prosecutor Lorenc Merkuri. The latter closed the file after 4 days, blaming the victim. The investigation was destroyed before it started, since an autopsy was not performed on the body of the deceased to understand the causes of death.

Gjirokastra's appeal highlighted all these shortcomings. The issue of the Borsh accident was treated as a ping-pong game, passing through Saranda, Gjirokastër, Vlora and Tirana. "Stop" has learned that recently the case is in Vlora, in the hands of the prosecutor Flora Çela. Today, after two years, the mother of the deceased 17-year-old woman is seeking justice again, since the Vlorë prosecutor's office has not proceeded with the accident case at all./tvklan.al
