Ilir Manushi: I am Ilir Manushi, from the villages of Kavaja, Shardushk. I built a house, on the land of my father, my grandfather. My sisters have donated their share to me. A friend of mine introduced me to Dylaver Xhafa, 8 years ago today. He started all the letters, complete. He made the land papers. I need, he said, 4000 Euros. We took the notary to the house, signed all the papers. He told me, many will come out in 4-5 months. It's been 5 years. It has been since 2015.
