Former MP Monika Kryemadhi shared some snippets of personal stories today, as she focused on the difficult moments she has gone through in her life, beyond politics. 

In a television studio, Kryemadhi said that illness and divorce were two delicate periods when he understood more about himself and the balances he needed.

"There have been two difficult moments in my life. One was the illness, because that's when I realized how fragile I am, and the second was the divorce, where I realized how strong I am. You balance your options. I could have played the victim, but I decided to move forward. I don't really like the role of the victim, because it's false, I've always fought. The past has its good things, but it also has its bad things. It's very disappointing when a small cause is found to distance or separate. In life, couples have their ups and downs, I didn't think politics would bring about my divorce," said Kryemadhi. /CNA
