The "soldier" of Lulzim Basha, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement regarding talks with the united opposition group.
According to him, only an idiot does not understand that Rama is shopping for Electoral Reform.
"Only a born idiot pretends not to understand that Rama is shopping for the Electoral Reform. Only one thing must be admitted that he said correctly: nothing has changed", said Alibeaj.
He further states that nothing has changed in the 2008 bargain that Berisha made with Rama.
"Nothing has changed since 2008 when he did the shopping with 'non grata'. They don't want to change anything: don't open the lists; diaspora not to vote; to get free mandates at the table.
