The former director of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions (IEVP) Durrës, Indrit Cerloj, appears before the Durrës Court today, three days after his arrest.
On January 16, the court imposed the security measure "prison arrest" on Cerloj, who is accused of abuse of office in connection with the escape of detainee Altin Ndoci.
Meanwhile, a security measure has also been imposed on doctor Ylvete Sema, 65, for whom the court imposed "house arrest".
Finally, the court ordered security measures for the other 8 officials.
