SPAK has demanded punishment for Mirel Mërtir, called the "brain" of the incinerators, Stela Gugallen, his roommate, Klodian Zoton, and state officials involved in a corruption affair that starts in Elbasan, goes to Fier and ends in Tirana. but it also comes out in Durrës.

They requested a sentence of up to 10 years in prison, which are requests coming from SPAK, after a shortened trial, and some of the officials, based on the request made by SPAK and the time of detention, will soon be released .

On the other hand, it seems that who investigated the incinerator affair, that is SPAK prosecutors, those whom Mirel Mërtiri attacked with his media thugs, with five-lek journalists who are paid up and down.

Apparently, the pear had its tail backwards.

The purpose of the attacks was not, in fact, a direct pressure on them to reduce the sentences or to exclude Mirel and spoil the essence of the whole investigation.

The goal was to make people believe that the positions of incinerators are in conflict with the prosecutors and the charge should be for corruption, abuse of office, light charges, they spend 2-3 years in prison, do 2-3 and get out.

The case is appealed, goes to the Court of Appeal, goes to the Supreme Court. Such procedural moves so that in the end everything is closed simply and with only a short prison time and millions of euros earned from the incinerator affair remain in the pockets of the people involved in this affair.

Today, SPAK asked for years in prison for the structured criminal group for the incinerator affair, which in fact has not been investigated as such.

Although we have the same people in Elbasan, the same people in Fier, the same people in Tirana, in establishing the company and signing the concession contract.

The same group of individuals, Mirel Mërtiri, Stela Gugallja and Klodian Zoto, including Giuseppe Ciaffaglione. The same group of individuals, state officials, including Alqi Bllakon and Lefter Kokën, has not been investigated as a structured criminal group, but simply and only as individuals involved in a corrupt affair.

In fact, it is not a few individuals involved in corruption, but it is a structured criminal group that has put its hands in the pockets of Albanians to steal for corruption, for abuse from Elbasan to Fier, with about 50 million euros and with a contract of 430 million dollars with the Tirana landfill concessionaire, which goes in real value, according to journalists' accounts, over 750 million dollars.

There is still no incinerator in Tirana, after 6 years. The contract and project for the construction of the incinerator, where the company has earned about 30 million dollars and claims to have made about 30 other investments, has not yet been implemented.

The structured group of incinerators is not being investigated as such. We are dealing with a criminal group that has looted the pockets of Albanians with corruption, with projects out of order, such as the case of Elbasan or Fier where the incinerator is not working.

Tens of millions of euros of abuse and are not investigated as a structured criminal group.

Alqi Blako, Lefter Koka, Mirel Mërtiri, Stela Gugallja and Klodian Zoto are the structured criminal group of incinerators. They're pleading guilty, getting summary judgment, and wanting to end the story. But Tirana has not yet opened.

And none of the prosecutors, including Altin Dumanin, who maintains himself as an honest man in Albanian justice, is investigating the incinerators as a structured criminal group, which has abused, violated the law, committed corruption and they are not there as individuals who have carried out actions independent of each other, but as a structured criminal group that has signed at least 3 contracts with an initial value of about 500 million dollars that are paid from the pockets of poor Albanian taxpayers.

The structured criminal group is there and is trying to get out of prison, and SPAK is helping them for that, the Court is helping them for that, our reformed justice is helping them for that./ CNA.al
